The Wild Acre Belmont program is a longer-term, moderately-structured Department of Mental Health licensed residential program located in the suburb of Belmont, Massachusetts, and is designed for individuals with persistent mental illness. This warm and inviting home in a residential neighborhood serves up to 16 clients with staff that is on the premises 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and an on-call clinician is always available. We provide medication management, clinical case management, wellness activities, creative expression groups, recreational programming, and community activities.
