Wild Acre Waverley

We are happy to introduce our newest program to Wild Acre and Mental Health Solutions; our dual-diagnosis residential program. Wild Acre Waverley is an 8 bed home in Belmont, MA providing 24-hour care to individuals with mental health challenges and substance abuse.

The focus of the program is to help individuals achieve and maintain recovery from addiction while providing a safe and healthy living environment. This program is suited for clients who have been sober for at least 30 days, identify as being in recovery and exhibit engagement in recovery.

Wild Acre Waverley provides a home like environment where residents are expected to abide by the rules and schedules in the house to help each develop the skills necessary to live a meaningful, productive satisfying life.

Daily structures are formed based on each resident’s individualized treatment plan, reinforcing a substance free lifestyle and providing direct connections to other peers in recovery, mutual support groups, and recovery support services. Our program prioritizes a return to living and rediscovery of self. One of our goals is to help our residents reclaim an existence that is meaningful. We support our residents on their journey of rebuilding by helping them cultivate healthy levels of self-esteem and self-worth. Although we are credentialed and experienced providers, we are not experts in one’s own personal interpretation of recovery. We collaborate with each resident and each resident’s team to customize a treatment plan and help them gain a sense of self-mastery, compassion toward themselves, and determination to enjoy long-term sobriety.

The services are designed to help clients develop competencies and tools to stay in recovery well after leaving the program. They include:
